If something is wrong
Email support@footageferret.com from your purchase email address. Describe the problem and include your Stripe receipt or order reference if available so we can help.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies under applicable consumer law, including the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986. If the software is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails a legal guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Mandatory cancellation and refund rights in your country continue to apply.
Earlier purchases
If your purchase included an earlier money-back guarantee, we honour the terms that applied when you bought it.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Processing time depends on Stripe and your bank. A refunded Full licence no longer provides paid access, but your catalogue, descriptions, lists, notes and saved previews are kept and remain browseable. New analysis is subject to the Free edition limit.
